The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by The Food Truck Philippines ©. By visiting our location and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This location is owned and operated by The Food Truck Philippines.

These Terms and Conditions set out the legal agreement between you and The Food Truck Philippines and apply to your visit, orders, or any services obtained onsite.

You warrant that all information provided during your visit, including payment and personal details, is true, accurate, and complete.

Ordering and Reservations

Placing Orders

1. All orders must be placed onsite at The Food Truck branches.
2. Orders are subject to availability. The Food Truck Philippines reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
3. Orders must include accurate details at the time of placing the order, including pickup or onsite consumption and payment.

Order Confirmation

1. Orders are confirmed once payment is completed onsite.
2. Receipt of payment constitutes acceptance of the order.

Payment

1. Full payment must be made onsite at the time of ordering.
2. Only the payment methods specified at the location are accepted.
3. All payments are subject to verification.

Pickup and Delivery

1. Orders for pickup or onsite consumption must be collected or consumed at The Food Truck @ El Nido, Hama Street, Corner Osmeña St, El Nido, 5313 Palawan at the agreed time.
2. The Food Truck Philippines © is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
3. Customers are responsible for collecting their orders promptly.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, delivery, or event.

Modifications are subject to availability.

1. Modifications or cancellations of orders must be requested onsite before preparation begins.
2. Once an order has been prepared, cancellations will incur the full cost of the order if the order is already made.

Refunds

1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed onsite or as otherwise agreed immediately after cancellation or complaint.
2. Refunds cannot be processed for orders that have already been prepared or consumed.

Special Requests

Any dietary restrictions, allergies, or customization requests must be specified during the online ordering process. The Food Truck Philippines © will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee complete fulfillment.

Changes to Terms

The Food Truck Philippines reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this website. By continuing to use this website after such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
